A mobile website designed by Kathy McTavish asks a variety of questions about participant’s migration to the Twin Cities. Map It then uses the data collected from Northern Spark visitors to create a visualization of people’s geography that will be projected on grain silos for all to see. The results include conventional maps as well as a playful stream of stories that take form after answering questions like: “Where were you born? What brings you here?” and “What kept you here?”
